Dual-laser closed-loop monitoring adjusts raw material flow at micro-second intervals, avoiding extrusion pressure shifts and preventing nozzle micro-clogs completely.

Tension-controlled packaging spoolers wind the polymer strands in parallel, perfectly aligned tracks. This blocks overlapping coiling and prevents sudden mid-print snags.
